Our document workflow solution is not yet released, that will happen Q1 2009. We can however mention a few functional highlights:

Core Functionality

• Any document, image whatever, can be stored, managed and shared.

• Workflow, lifecycle and business process can be assigned to all documents - we call this the DNA .

Approval

• PDF files can be stored, split into pages and an approval process initiated.

• The exact workflow of this process can of course be changed dynamically by the administrators through our gameboard - the DNA builder.

Publication

• PDF files can be uploaded, split into pages and published on the Internet.

• Readers can page through the on-line publication and click editor annotated links as they see fit.

Editorial

• The collaboration of writers and editors around content of magazines, newsletters, marketing collateral etc. can be governed by the system.

• Again the precise workflow is of course governed by our DNA.

Advertisements

• Advertisement can be registered or imported from commercial systems.

• Editors can assign advertisements to pages, as a part of the planning process.

• The whole publication schedule of advertisements is handled.

• Dummy pages can be exported for final page makeup.
