Steen Konradsen has for many years run pan-European companies and founded a number of businesses all over Europe. Together with Kurt B. Nielsen he founded the company Pine Tree Systems in 1990, for the next 14 years this company delivered highly advanced software solutions internationally especially for media companies. Much of the knowledge leading to the principles in Organic Object was acquired here. Kurt founded the American subsidiary created a lot of contacts and went on to become a recognized Scrum Trainer and coach in the Agile product development movement.
Karsten Mathiasen is head of development, a position he also held in Pine Tree Systems. He is one of the most experienced cornerstones in software production. Elzo Hut was manager of the Dutch operation of Pine Tree and supported many important enterprise clients in this area – among others famous publisher Reed-Elsevier. Lisbeth Pedersen and Dorthe Broberg has many years experience in web development, test and documentation. Peter Ramsdal Nielsen and Michael Mortensen are two young software engineers with experience in Web 2.0 technologies and business acumen from running their own businesses.
